Method
Hotels and tours booking is based on full prepayment
only. Please find below payment method.
1. Cash : This method is exclusive for customer within
Bangkok area only, you can pay cash to SaveHotels.com
representative who provides you the evidence of receipt
and hotel voucher in return.
2. Bank Transfer :
2.1 Oversea Remittance : Payment should be received
before ticketing due date, with all bank transfer
charges/ fees to be paid by client. Kindly inform
your bank to pay in full to cover all bank transfer

3.1 VISA and Master Card : Online

3% credit card fee
You can safely shop at SaveHotels.com by using your
VISA and MasterCard from any issuing banks. We will
email booking confirmation together with secured online
payment site, the system will be linked to our representative
bank's web page where your credit card information
must be filled and processed. Credit card information
will be encrypted and transferred under secured server.
Once the transaction is approved, the system will
show 'COMPLETED' page. If page show 'rejected', please
contact your bank to authorize charges.

This is off-line system, We will email booking confirmation
together with secured online payment site, where your
credit card information must be filled, page will
be showed completed and then we need to get approved
code from Amex. After approved, payment confirmation
will be sent via email to you.
Cancellation/Changes
and Refund Policy
Each hotels has different rules and policies on cancellation
and changes. SaveHotels.com will let you know cancellation
policy and changes policies together with email confirm
booking. If you have specific questions, please ask
one of our staff.
1. Cancellation policy for hotels and resorts reservation
After hotels/resorts reservation are confirmed with
payment received. The following scale of charges will
be payable depending when the notification of cancellation
is received. This is general policy except peak season
and/or otherwise stated.
- If notification of cancellation is less than 14
working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date or in case of NO
SHOW or EARLY CHECK-OUT, ONE NIGHT cancellation
fee will be charged.: Cancellation charge of one
night per room plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit
card).
- If notification of cancellation is more than 14
working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date : Cancellation
charge of USD15 as handling fee per room plus bank
fee 3.5% (if pay by credit card).
2. Cancellation policy for transfer and sightseeing/excursion
reservation
After transfer, sightseeing and excursion reservation
are confirmed with payment received. The following
scale of charges will be payable depending when the
notification of cancellation is received.
- If notification of cancellation is less than 7
working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to departure: Cancellation charge
of USD30 as handling fee per person plus bank fee
3.5% (if pay by credit card).
- If notification of cancellation is more than 7-3
working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to departure: a cancellation fee
of 50% of transfer/sightseeing cost plus bank fee
3.5% (if pay by credit card).
- If notification of cancellation is more than 3
working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to departure or NO-SHOW: a cancellation
fee of 100% of the tour cost will be applied.
3. Cancellation policy for private/set departure
tour packages reservation
After private or set departure tour packages are confirmed
with payment received. The following cancellation
policy will apply in addition to any other fees charged
by relevant hotels:
- If notification of cancellation is more than 30
days prior to departure, a service fees USD50 per
person plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit card)
will be applied.
- If notification of cancellation is between 30
to 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee
of 50% of the tour cost plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay
by credit card) will be applied.
- If notification of cancellation is less than 15
days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100%
of the tour cost plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit
card) will be applied.
Please keep in mind that these are not our rules
and penalties - they are those, which hotels imposed

Responsibility
and Liability:
SaveHotels.com acts as agent for services provided
by operators herein and cannot be held liable for
any services provided listed brochure or any other
services incidental thereto.
Further the responsibilities of air carries are limited
in accordance with international agreements and tariffs.
Whereas SaveHotels.com and the participating airlines
and tour operators operate the land tours offered
under this program only as agents of the aircraft,
railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines,
hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and
others who provide the actual land arrangements.
We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury,
loss damage or nonperformance occurring in connection
with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by
the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract
between the airline and the purchaser of these tours
and/or passenger.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect
accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur,
SaveHotels.com will endeavor to substitute a suitable
arrangement of similar value. Participation on any
tours implies full agreement to the above conditions
by all parties involved.
Passport
and Entry Visa:
Your passport must be valid for at least six months
following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession
of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents
are valid for travel.
Travel
Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price.
It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether
his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage
while traveling. Please contract your insurance carrier
for details.
SaveHotels.com strongly advises that you purchase
a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all
aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits
through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal
items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be
signed if insurance is declined.
