Pick up passengers from hotels in Chiang
Mai. Depart Chiang Mai by 4-WD Land Rover or similar
to hilltribe museum at Mae Rim. Then continue to Mae
Tang for elephant safari through the rain forest jungle
for 1 hr. included ox-cart riding. Picnic Lunch. After
lunch, embark on the inflatable raft down the rapids
in the white and scenic Mae Tang river for about an
hour.
Continue to Baan Huai Rai, passing several villages,
orchards, valleys, and rice fields. A brief stop is
made at Wat Tha Kham. Then drive pass Sluang village
and drive uphill to Baan Pang Hai. Return to Chiang
Mai and drop off at hotel.
