Pick up by minibus at your hotel in
Phuket or at your hotel in Khao Lak and transfer to
Phang Nga Province, across Sarasin Bridge. At Kok Kloi,
short pit stop is made at a gas station. Visit local
food market at Phang Nga Town. Arrival in the village
where the elephants wait. Say "Hello" to these
gentle giants. Start the elephant ride through the jungle.
Arrival on the "platforms" from were we walk
through the jungle. Stop at the waterfall. Time for
a refreshing swim. Lunch and time at leisure for explore
the jungle or swim. Start second elephant ride through
the jungle. Return to the village. Time to say "Good-bye"
to the elephants. Start return to Phuket and transfer
to your hotel.
Elephant Trekking in Phang Nga
Khao Lak-Lamru National Park, featuring hills, beaches,
estuaries and mangroves, is an ideal place for trekking.
It allows visitors to explore waterfalls in their wonderful
setting and view wild birds and animals. Si Phang-nga
National Park, with virgin forests, is another nice
location for trekking and also for hiking and camping.
