Pick up by minibus at your hotel in
Phuket and scenic drive to a viewpoint along some of
Phuket's beautiful beaches. Visit a rubber plantation;
see how rubber latex is tapped from the tree. Visit
Chalong temple, the largest and most famous in Phuket.
See an elephant family and enjoy and incredible elephants
trek through a tropical landscape. Learn more about
the elephants of Thailand. Visit the oldest Chinese
temple in Phuket. Here you will learn more about the
Chinese influence on the island. Enjoy a visit to a
100-year old Chinese mansion in town where you will
be served tea/coffee and cake. Famous movies such as
"Young Indiana Jones", "The Killing Field"
and "Heaven and Earth" were filmed here. Lunch
at one of Phuket's National Parks. A special selection
of Thai food will be served, not too spicy but still
tasty. Afternoon visit tropical rain forest. See a waterfall,
trees and flowers native to the jungle. Visit a farm
in the local village with orchids, herb garden, vegetable
garden and a monkey picking coconuts and see the famous
cockflight and Siamese fish flight, an old traditional
native to the Southern part of Thailand. See how the
farmers live in their traditional houses. We will also
demonstrate how rice was produced locally. Ride on the
traditional water buffalo drawn cart part old tin mines
and old beautiful blue lagoons. The best to enjoy the
picturesque countryside of Phuket. The local villagers
will invite you for local coffee and fresh pineapple.
Scenic drive along the coast and view some of Asia's
most beautiful beaches. Transfer back to your hotel.
